Leadership Dixie is an educational program with the mission of broadening the understanding of local issues for the benefit of new and seasoned community leaders.

Founded by Dixie State College and a group of other local businesses, the program is in its eighth year and has graduated more than 150 individuals who serve locally as CEOs, government officials, educators, managers, directors or in other positions of leadership.
