Founded in 1997
Our History
Since 1997, Leadership Dixie has brought together leaders from across Washington County to learn more about the community they call home.

Through immersive experiences, site visits, conversations with community leaders, and monthly Challenge Days, participants gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, opportunities, and issues shaping Washington County.

Over the years, more than 800 Leadership Dixie alumni have taken part in the program, building relationships across industries and sectors throughout our community.
